In a blog I posted the day before Christmas I wrote about the importance of elevating the term ‘positive sum’ to its rightful place as one of the most important terms in the human conceptual spectrum. It is the reason that commerce has delivered the modern world to us. Commerce is one of the few positive sum human activities. The only other such activity I know of is technology which can only thrive in a commercial market environment.
I also asked in that blog whether there could be a symbol for positive sum.
I received several suggestions from friends and readers. Nothing has struck me as obvious and overwhelming. I am still hoping to find the right new term.
In the meantime I played with some imagery. I want your opinion on this mathematics based visual.
There is no clear reason for using mathematics in this matter but it is a self evident language.
