There have been only two periods in my life when I took an interest in trailers or recreational vehicles. One was when I first saw an Airstream for the first time and was fascinated by the beauty of it.
The second time was when I realized that hippies we're going to be great users of RVs in their retirement years. I bought stock in several RV manufacturers.
I have not followed the issue in detail since.
The photograph on the right is one that I had to bring to your attention.
This is a compact trailer-RV in which three sides have a panel that expands and provides for a queen size bed. One more couch inside.
That means this camper can sleep three couples plus one kid comfortably. Inside, when the beds are extended out, there is a standard compact shower, refrigerator, stove and toilet.
I am quite astounded by the brilliant engineering involved.
