I don't know how many of my readers have seen the movie Toy Story 3.
The relevance for this blog is that it was a brilliant film with complex multiple overlapping storylines that were still understandable to a 10-year-old. It was made at Pixar Studios in Emeryville California and it ranks as one of the most successful international animated films in history.
Emeryville is a small town in the center of the San Francisco-San Jose urban area located between the Cuban village of Berkeley and the Nigerian village of Oakland. Emeryville is astoundingly successful because it is pure commerce with no anti-business elements in the government.
What is so stunning is that an animated movie is created on computers and entirely as a representation of the mind of some writers. It is a pure mental creation. The fact that it can generate hundreds of millions of dollars worldwide shows exactly where the world is today.
Good minds, creative minds are the source of modern wealth in a commercial world.
