I was responsible for measuring the impact of an anti-bank action regarding the Vietnam War at Bank of America, in 1966, by a much bigger and more cohesive movement than Occupy-Transfer.
With 50 million deposit accounts, back then, and 200,000 new and closed accounts a week I couldn’t find any effect.
Today the major banks open and close 2-3 million accounts a week.
Imagine the impossibility of measuring the wimpy Occupy-Transfer campaign organized for yesterday.
Impossible.
