We have an immigration problem that is never discussed, never.
Mexican immigrants bring with them a corrupt and violent social environment that is not suitable to America. Of course these immigrants bring many positive virtues as well, hard work, family and business skills.
The town of Bell in Los Angeles, became notorious for terrible corruption with officials getting salaries in the $700,000 range. Bell is a Latino town. Their are numerous other Latino towns with equal amounts of corruption and often murders of political opponents.
My solution, is to have our citizenship test require a clear explanation from the testee of what is corruption and what is acceptable behavior in local politics.
Unfortunately, in most of America, corruption is endemic but it is also invisible. I don’t know how to explain that in a citizenship test.
