Another climategate revelation

The hacker, David Kernell, who posted Sarah Palin's private emails online was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury more than a year ago and still hasn't been tried.  Kernell is an Obama supporter and son of Tennessee legislator, Mike Kernell.

David Kernell was found by Internet bloggers doing their own research, not by the FBI.

What do you say about that Senator Boxer?  You want the Climategate whistleblower criminally charged.
