Has everyone noticed that the paper pipeline to
our front doors is getting smaller. The pipe is the same size but the
contents are beginning to just dribble in.
I still get a few bills and invoices in the paper pipeline, often copies of what I get online. I almost never get informational personalized mail. I get a few magazines.
The bulk of the material in the paper pipeline is advertising throw-aways. It shouldn't surprise us that the U.S. Postal Service wants to shrink the size of the pipeline. Go ahead, shrink it a lot.
