The TV world is telling us analog TV viewers that we need a DTV adapter to received any signal after February 2009.
I just wanted to let you know that, if you are like me, and currently get your TV from an antenna, now is the time to convert and get a DTV adapter. Why, because you will double or triple the number of stations you get and the quality of the picture will be higher. It won't be HDTV, but it will look much better.
I still get my TV from my antennas but with the DTV adapter I get 20 instead of 7 and they all are much clearer.
To get your coupon to reduce the adapter price from $60 to $20, go to this website. Be incredibly patient. This is a government program and what should take two days will take close to a month.
If you aren't interested in a flat screen HDTV, you can also go to the local Goodwill and buy the analog TV of your dreams for nothing. People are getting rid of great non-DTV sets.
