The average Japanese
on the street has no love for Israel and a little love for the
Palestinians. The Japanese are exposed to the same news bias that
their journalists get from anti-Semitic Europe.
I get great pleasure watching the faces of Japanese when I point out to them the similarity of their position to that of the Israelis.
North Korea kidnaps Japanese from the Japanese beaches, fires rockets over Japan, has developed nuclear arms and tests long range rockets in the Sea of Japan. North Korea hates Japan and Japan is blameless with no reciprocal hostility. The exact same statements can be made about Israel. Israel is blameless and the Palestinians are filled with inexplicable hate.
