For the past fifteen years we have been in the
midst of the greatest global economic growth spurt in history...
Greater than any human could have ever imagined.
We are in a post socialist world, and military budgets have faded to near insignificance.
The world of global commerce is positive sum. We are now accumulating wealth and capital at a rate that is beyond comprehension and there is no metric in place to give us suitable measures of the net global capital expansion.
My best personal estimate is that global income in U.S. dollars has grown from $28 trillion in constant dollars at the end of the Cold War to $50 trillion today and household wealth has doubled to $100 trillion.
My question is 'Who has a good enough mind and the appropriate skills to understand the exploding reality?'
