We have won the insurrection war in Iraq, just as we won the Cold War
and just as Israel won the Intifida I and II insurrections.
We have to help the American people understand that we won but we can not brag for fear of re-igniting the conflict.
The best solution is to have military experts explain the victory to the American public, without having government or military officials make the relevant statements.
