Confidentially, I had to be careful.
My son has been teaching me and my partner Chi Gung and Tai Chi for
more than six years. I have been consistently impressed with his
teaching and his teaching style. Proud too.
Nevertheless, when he started a blog on the subject of martial arts, I was in no hurry to recommend it. I wasn't sure his new blog would be as powerful a representation of him as his teaching is.
I have now been reading the blog long enough to know that it lives up to his standards as a teacher. And exceeds my standards.
If you have ever given any thought to your own health and vigor as
you age.....I suggest you think seriously about Chi Gung and Tai Chi. They focus
on flexibility, movement and balance. More so than yoga. I'm a convert but not a proselytizer.
