Darwin created a multi-century debate of ferocious intensity. Why? 
Because he provided evidence that the biological world we are imbedded in is non-moral. We and everything else biological are here because of pragmatic survival of the fittingest. No moral direction nor justification for anything living or dead that exists.
Since Darwin, new fossils and new fields, such as DNA, have been finding supportive evidence of the Darwinian thesis.
I claim the same truth for commerce. It has created the modern world, OUR human world, and it is non-moral. My evidence is only for those who have eyes to see it. The evidence is overwhelming but not nearly so testable as Darwin’s biological evolution.
