I have argued for several years that men have a better perspective on the way hormones affect attitudes than women. Many women have dramatic mood shifts prior to menstruation that can last several days. One woman I lived with had PMS so bad that I had to move to a hotel for several days on a regular basis.
It is rare that a woman knows the connection between her hormones and her moods and even when she does it is hard to adjust the mood to an understanding of the cause.
Men, on the other hand have a dramatic
mood shift after orgasm that is abrupt and can last from minutes up
to several hours. I have argued that men are generally aware of this
hormone/mood connection.
Trouble is, I could be very wrong, since
I have never questioned enough men to test my observation.
