Radiation measurement

I've decided to give you a radiation measurement every Sunday morning. The blog date shows Saturday the 28th at 5pm but the time in Tokyo is 9am Sunday morning the 29^th. 

The radiation meter shows under .02mR/hr, 11 clicks in 60 seconds.

The Japanese are a fairly homogeneous people.  Based on only two interviews so far, the Japanese conclude that the North Koreans are insane because they have kidnapped 20 people over 25 years to help them learn and translate Japanese. There are tens of thousands of North Koreans in Japan who could have been hired to do the job. 

The Japanese also believe their government wouldn't hesitate to use the new launch phase missiles in the Sea of Japan to shoot down a N. Korean test missile.
