Unless you have lesbian friends you may
not hear about a light hearted film that is very funny. Its DE.B.S,
a comedy based on Charlie's Angels around a lesbian love affair.
I was pleased to see that Joe
Morgenstern got a Pulitzer for his film reviews in the Wall Street
Journal. I have no idea why any particular film reviewer gets a
Pulitzer. I like Joe because he is one of the rare reviewers who
loves action films. He loves them enough to make a serious effort to
separate the great from the terrible. His taste and mine usually
coincide.
