Two local boys show their Lefty loser
colors. These guys, one of whom is on the S.F. Opera Board and the
S.F. Jazz Festival Board, published an op-ed piece in the S.F.
Examiner demanding that all good people support Cuba as a strong show
of opposition to President Bush.
I've been to Cuba and studied it carefully. It is the least oppresive communist country I've visited thanks to color, music and ice cream.
I call these boys losers for one simple
reason. The people of Cuba are imprisoned on their island by a
tyrant who jails them at will. Castro won't let ordinary Cubans leave the island. The Cuban people do not support him in any way shape or form. Only a loser
would support such civilian slavery for ideological reasons. These
guys are proud of their loser credentials as indicated in their
op-ed.
Too bad Robert Anderson who is on the Board of the S.F. Jazz Festival doesn't ask Randall Kline, the executive director, how Cuban musicians are paid. Anderson, this sycophant of tyrants would find out that all money for Cubans musicians is paid directly to Cuba. Cuba then pays the expenses of the musicians while they are traveling to make sure the musicians don't defect.
