Coincidence or meaningful sub-radar issue? I had a three day flu last week. When I talked by phone to a close friend in San Francisco, I learned that my friend had the same symptoms on the same days. We hadn't seen each other in more than a month.
So what? Maybe nothing, but there is a simple way to find out. Any large health organization could set up a website to investigate these non-reportable sub-radar symptoms. On one website, in four or five languages, it would be feasible to have a sample of tens of thousands of people, worldwide, record online, their otherwise insignificant symptoms.
After a period, as short as a year, we would have powerful data to examine sub-radar health data that has never been available. Maybe there are slow moving contagious conditions. Maybe there are distinct geographic patterns that are not visible.
O.K.,somebody, set up the minor symptoms website.
From my days creating online currency, Cashets, I have a database program that could handle the health website easily.
