Below is a similar display in a Tokyo taxi. I feel it is a waste to sell this as ad space, when the powerful sales tool would be to explain why the passenger should call this particular taxi company for special service when a taxi is needed.
Either that, or if the ad revenue is worth it, the display should show events, films and exhibits of interest in Tokyo today.... to generate more fares.
