This is good marketing.
First rate Internet marketing. Dell had a terrible reputation for repair and maintenance three years ago.
Now
Dell responds to every mention about Dell everywhere on the Internet as
well as dealing with all general issues by discussing them on its own Dell blog.
Not
only has this had a very positive impact on Dell's reputation, but Dell
is now getting plenty of good publicity for its aggressive interest in
customers and the market.
A marketing lesson everyone should learn.

I find blogging one of the good ways of internet marketing. I have received a small number of visitors on my site especially from the sites where I commented their blogs.
