The title of this blog doesn’t make sense. It doesn’t make sense to me either.
This is a good time to write about the methodology of my blog writing.
I used to carry a small pen and notebook. Then as I got accustomed to my smart phone I found ways to write notes. At about the same time I began writing titles on my smart phone I began putting them in date order in Google Docs.
These notes, often titles of blogs, would come to me two days at a time in advance of the blog appearing. Sometimes not at all and I would write the next day’s blog the day before. At worst I would get up in the morning and see that there was no blog and I would write one on the spot.
Sometimes I would get as many as five blogs in advance. That was always helpful if I was about to travel and knew my brain would be mush for a few days after landing.
Back to the title of this blog. I wrote this on an app called ‘notes’. I probably dictated it into Google English three days ago. But Google English made some grammatical correction that I didn’t see before going on to something else in my life. These grammatical corrections have left me with a line of English that makes no sense and I can’t remember the subject.
Please excuse me. I’m 78 and I admit many failings. Not correcting a Google correction is a new one in my life.
