Out of the blue I got a request to publish a guest blog. I am always delighted that somebody reads this blog and that there are more people who are thinking along the lines of pro-commerce.
There was a gratuitous link to the guest blogger’s credit card rating page at the end. (I removed it after the first comment below)
I am inclined to open this blog, which has roughly 70,000 readers, to guest bloggers if their subject matter is even close to pro-commerce. I assume it will mean greater variety for my readers and may attract readers from the friends of the guest blogger.
I will not reduce the number of blogs I write.
Let me know your opinion. One of the reasons I love blogging, as opposed to my nine years of running a public radio program, is that I get intelligent, frequent and valuable comments.
What is the Actual Worth of an MBA?
by Anthony B....... not here.
Anthony asked me to take down his blog because he was unhappy with some of the comments below and because I removed the link to his credit card website.
I see no reason to leave his blog on this site. Since this first guest blog, I have received numerous offers from people who would like to be guest bloggers.
I have also received a significant number of complaints that my loyal readers do not want me to offer the space to guest bloggers.
You know me. I'm easy-going and happy to oblige Anthony to take it down and the large number people who don't want me entertaining new guest bloggers.
Like any good business person I try things and I adjust my behavior based on experience.
